Meet Mark Knott | Sales Manager

Mark loves anything with wheels! Cars, trucks, motorcycles...he’s made it a point to be well versed in all “wheeled” objects, and now that includes the fascinating world of RVs Mark came on board recently, after nearly 20 years in automotive sales, right here in York County! He has extensive experience and training, but what’s better yet is his love of the products he sells! You’ll sense his friendly enthusiasm as soon as you meet him.
Born and raised in New Oxford, Mark is a graduate of New Oxford High School. He now lives in Mc Sherrystown with his wife and two of their three sons. Their oldest son lives nearby, in Hanover. In his spare time, you’ll find Mark riding (or polishing) his Harley, cruising in his Corvette, reading a good book or trading gifts with his friends in Facebook’s Farmville! He’s very serious about America and patariotism. Memorial Day usually finds Mark and his family in Washington D.C. at the biker’s parade.
Mark grew up in a “camping” family and has spent many hours in an RV bunk or a tent. He’s known the fun of s’mores and mountain pies, and the work of hitching, parking and “dumping.” Stop in and chat with Mark...it will be a delight for BOTH of you!

Send Lynn a message
|
Meet Lynn Kiick | Sales Consultant

When you meet Lynn, he’ll greet you with a big smile, a genuine handshake and “Hi, my name’s Lynn, what’s yours?” Before you know it, you’ll be in his office, telling him what you’re looking for in an RV and what you need. He’s a “low-key,” no pressure kind of guy. He grew up in Hanover and was part of the Eichelberger Class of ’51 and a graduate of Lebanon Valley College. He is also a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served with the 101st Airborne for two years. Later he became the Budget Manager for Firestone Tire and Rubber, and then settled at Menchey Music, in Hanover, where he worked for 22 years. Lynn has marched proudly with the Harold Bair Post “Bears” (now known as the Lancers Drum and Bugle Corps)
In 1984 Lynn became general manager of another RV dealership. He came to Reichart’s in 2001. Since he’s a member of many clubs and organizations in the Hanover area, you might already know him.
Lynn’s married, has five children and seven “wonderful” (his description) grandchildren. If there’s a lull in your conversation with him, ask about his famous relative who was running back for the Miami Dolphins during their perfect 17- 0 season in 1972. It’s still a standing record! Sometime during your visit, Lynn will probably sell you your next RV. Even if he doesn’t, you’ll walk away with the feeling that the world just might be alright after all!

Send Brad a message
|
Meet Brad Fisher | Sales Consultant

Brad's personal goal as a part of Reichart's sales staff is to help every customer he serves to get what THEY want! "It's not a win for me as a salesperson unless the customer is happy!" says Brad. He's had some good experience at keeping customers happy in his 21 years, by being a server at one of the area's largest and busiest restaurants. Though his job description was "server," Brad tells us he'd bus tables if he had a fee minute, or bring another server's food from the kitchen in an effort to keep things rolling smoothly for the guests. Does it sound like Brad's the kind of guy you could trust with your RV purchase? We'll let you decide.
Though born in Baltimore, Brad has lived in Hanover for his entire life. He graduated from South Western High School where he was part of the soccer team. He has continued his love of the sport by becoming part of the York County Men's Soccer League as a member of the Telesoft team. Right mid-fielder is his position but, true to his tean spirit, he's ready to fill in wherever he's needed.
Brad also enjoys softball, exercising and fishing. Earlier in his life, helping his dad with building projects and hunting with him have left fond memories. He hopes that being settled into a job with regular hours will give him the chance to once more spend time with his Dad.
Although he really enjoys a good poker game with his friends, Brad's more of the outdoors type. He's done a lot of tent camping with his parents and sister and intends to continue camping.."maybe in something more comfortable" he quips, as he looks out across Reichart's mega sales lot, filled with "comfortable" camping options.
Stop and say "Hi" to Brad anytime. We'd like you to meet him. We're glad we did!

Meet Dave Hendrick | Sales Consultant

Both Dave and his wife have recently retired from full-time military careers. Their home was in Phoenix, Arizona but they’ve also “lived” in Bosnia and Iraq...where Dave spent a lot of time “camping” in military issue tents during Desert Storm! The Hedricks have twin 18 year old boys and two girls (ages 7 and 10.) The family has relocated in Hanover to be nearer to Mrs. Hedrick’s mother. Since he was born and raised in Tennessee, the Pennsylvania lifestyle and countryside suit Dave “to a T.”
His new job as part of the Reichart’s sales staff suits him just as well! “Right out of the military, I became an automobile salesman, and I did well. When we moved here, I decided to take some time looking for a job that I’d really enjoy. I walked into Reichart’s and was greeted by the owner. He began telling me of the vision he has for his company:
Treat customers fairly.
Be positive we’ve done everything we can to satisfy them.
Provide exemplary service.
Be trustworthy, always!”
Dave continues: “I just kept blinking my eyes...trying to wake up! I thought I was dreaming!” “This place mirrors my own most cherished values, and I can spend my working hours helping people get into their own RV, which in my mind is the most perfect “fun” vehicle ever created!” Dave believes he has found his dream job.
He’s a video game fanatic, he says, and gives the credit to his twin sons for introducing him to this absorbing pastime. He also enjoys building furniture. “My wife envisions a piece of furniture she’d like to have, and I build it for her!” he says with a loving smile.
Dave’s comes from a camping family, and that’s not just his immediate family. We’re talking about aunts, uncles, cousins and all! They get together as often as possible and spend time playing with the kids and fishing. One uncle, who considered himself “an expert fisherman,” was so anxious to show off his new lure that he cast his line too zealously and struck down a bird in flight. Never did get to try it on a fish!
Dave Hedrick loves life! You’ll see that as soon as you meet him. His success is not because he’s professional...it’s because he’s friendly and happy and he wants you to be happy too!
